Taco Truck @ Royal Exhibition Centre
There was a racket at home, painful enough to force me out beneath a vicious sun. I escaped to The Big Design Market and browsed the stalls instead. Now, my life revolves around food, so I always find it weird if I spend more money on anything unrelated to it.
At $6, the Chicken Taco was substantially cheaper than my new earrings. I learnt my lesson from the Suzuki Night Market and gave the sauce a miss. 
Tortilla was quite floury. On the bright side, it held the ingredients well without sagging into an off putting, soggy mess. Chicken was delightfully charred and crispy, enhanced by the mildly spicy chipotle mayo. Onion provides a good crunch.The serving of corn might look excessive, but you’ll appreciate every one of these sweet kernels.
